How CheckerAI works
From entering a creator's name to a finished report — under a minute on average. No plug-in, no install, no tracking on the kid's device.
- 1
Paste a creator link or name
We accept the full YouTube channel URL, a video URL, or just the creator's name. The system figures out what you mean — the autocomplete shows channels matching the typed phrase.
Time: 5 seconds - 2
AI samples recent videos
The backend collects channel metadata and transcribes a sample of recent videos. When subtitles are disabled, the system falls back to direct audio analysis.
Time: 15–30 seconds - 3
AI analyzes the content
The content goes into an AI analysis layer that classifies fragments against key threat categories — among them profanity, violence, adult content, dangerous challenges and other risks for kids. Every hit is logged with a quote and timestamp.
Time: 10–15 seconds - 4
You get a shareable report
The report includes a risk score (0–100, lower = safer), age recommendation (e.g. 7+, 13+, 16+), detailed reasoning and the top flagged moments with quotes. Every report has its own shareable link — and if another parent already checked the same creator, you get the report without spending a credit.

What CheckerAI does, and what it does NOT do
- ✓ Pre-screens a creator before your kid watches
- ✓ Analyzes public content (what everyone sees)
- ✓ Independent AI scoring, free of YouTube algorithm bias
- ✓ One report parents can share between themselves
- ✗ Doesn't track the kid's device or account
- ✗ Doesn't block YouTube content (parental controls do that)
- ✗ Doesn't analyze private videos or chats
- ✗ Doesn't replace a conversation with the kid
