Frequently asked questions
Do I really not need to enter a card?
No. Early Access is real free access — no payment form, no subscription, no auto-billing mechanism. After your 10 credits run out the account simply can't generate new analyses. Past reports stay accessible.
How much does one analysis cost?
Creator analysis costs 2 credits, single video analysis — 1 credit. If some videos lack subtitles and you opt for audio analysis, we add 1 credit per such video. Cached reports (someone already ran them) are free — if a creator was checked before, you'll see the report without spending a credit.
When will the paid plan appear?
We plan to launch the Family plan with proactive monitoring after collecting feedback from the first parents in Early Access. The price will be announced at least 30 days in advance — current users won't be silently moved onto a paid plan without consent.
Can I get more credits?
Yes — write to contact and explain what you need them for (e.g. school, counseling, research). In legitimate cases we top up the account manually.
